RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are refundable, that is, if the item does not convince you, the amount paid will be refunded.

In the case of MASKS, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HYGIENE , unless they have arrived defective.
You have 15 business days from the date you placed your order to make the exchange or return. Get in touch with us at orlegia@orlegia.com we will inform you how to do it.
The refund will be made to the original payment method, it will take a maximum period of 10 business days from when we receive the item in our offices until you see the payment in your account.
For returns in Spain, as long as they are from the Peninsula, we can take care of organizing the return shipment of our item, the amount we charge is 4.90 euros, this amount will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
We strongly advise that returns be made through a method of transport with tracking and signature, damages or losses caused by the transport agency will be borne by the buyer.
In case of return, please make sure that the item is returned as it was delivered, in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with the label properly attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned.
If you buy the item on sale you can return it but you will have a maximum of 10 business days from the date you placed the order.
